Just a few things about our speedy shipping... Because waiting for your new shoes is just plain cruel.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please remember that the postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day (that’s Monday, unless it’s a long weekend and we’re having mimosas)..

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note* Confirmation emails can be hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or email us at info@thecon-nection.com All items will be sent via Australia Post, which you can view, by logging into your account.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day within Melbourne metropolitan areas. This is dependent on your location and the price starts at $18.50 and will be calculated at checkout. All orders must be placed between 9am – 2pm Monday to Friday AEST .All orders will require a signature upon delivery, if there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery they will contact you via the phone number you have provided us.

SHIPPING POLICY

We cannot always guarantee item availability. If there are any issues with your item or delay times you will receive and email with 24 hours. We can cancel your order if your order has not been processed and packed for all cancelled orders we will refund the full amount. Please Note* There can be unexpected delays due to sale period.

OUR POLICY
  • We offer full refunds on all full priced items
  • Australian returns are accepted within fourteen days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • International returns are accepted within twenty days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered can not be returned)
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Footwear
All footwear must be tried on a soft, carpeted surface – any scratches or soul marks will not be accepted. The original box must be returned.
Earrings and Intimates
Unfortunately, these are the few items on The Con-nection that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless found faulty.
Swimwear
All swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place. If the items tags are removed, altered or the garment shows signs of wear cannot be returned
SALE ITEMS
We offer refunds on sale items we, however, do not provide refunds on items that are Final Sale of 40% OFF or more. If you are unsure of an item, please email us at info@thecon-nection.com Discount codes and Promo codes that are used in conjunction with sale items and make the item 40% OFF or more cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are final, so please choose carefully.
WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want to make online shopping as easy as possible. To exchange your item, please return your item to us. In the meantime you can make another purchase on www.thecon-nection.com This limits wait time so you can wear your item ASAP.
RETURN STEPS
Please email us at customercare@thecon-nection.com, We will let you know the next steps. If your return has not been approved first via email we will send back your order to you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please email us as soon as possible. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item. If we are unable to do this, we will offer you a full refund.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we receive your item, we refund you; please allow for up to 5 days for the payment to appear back in your account.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if The Con-nection is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. Please email us at customercare@thecon-nection.com
